We needed to have a chairlift installed, so we called a large company in New York City. We were out of their service area, but they gave us the names of the Bruno Stairlift dealers in our area. The first company we called was rather large, and they could not come out right away. So then we called E J Stairlifts & Medical Supply. They were out at our home the same day, and they looked things over. Then, they gave us a price on the chairlift. The following day, we decided to purchase from them, and within two days they had the stairlift installed for us! They gave us all the instructions we needed to use the stairlift, and they were very professional, friendly people. We were very satisfied with their response, and we are very happy with the product! They are a small enough company to work with you, and take care of any problems. Their easability of use, warranty and frankly, everything about them was great! They did a fine job for us!
