I rented a chairlift from another company for about 10 years, and I decided to just buy my own. I went online, and I found E J Stairlifts & Medical Supply. They had a lot of Five-Star reviews. They were very nice people, and they came across to me as very honest people. I had thought that I needed the Elite model. But, the gentleman who came out to do all the measuring, told me that the Elan model was probably better-suited to my needs, and it was less expensive. I liked the fact that he told me that, and he was correct! They are very kind, friendly and knowledgeable people. I liked everything about them! And so far, my chair is doing fine! I would use E J Stairlifts & Medical Supply over and over again, and I would recommend them over and over again!
