The people from E J Stairlifts & Medical Supply always came when they said they would. Even if they would be early, they called to make sure it was okay. Except for the fact that I now have a chairlift, I wouldn't even know they had been here. They wore appropriate masking gear until I told them they didn't have to because I was fully vaccinated. Derek is a definite asset. I initially spoke to someone else on the phone and when Derek came to talk to me, he picked up immediately on where we were coming from. He has a marvelous sense of humor. He is polite and appropriate. It was as if we'd known each other for a long time. He has extremely good people skills and I felt right at home with him. If EJs maintains their employees' behavior and their product, they have nowhere to go but up.
