I have had nothing but the best with Jeff when I need him to come in to fix my chair he comes either that day or the next day we never have to wait for him to come out I called him on a Monday because my chair in the basement broke and need a new one by Thursday to get my mom out for a doctors appointment he has that chair in on Wednesday Bill and Derek were great also they keep everything clean when they took out the old chair and put the new one in they didn’t leave until we were sure e could use the new chair great company and people
