The estimate and installation processes were very professionally done. The only negative has been my mother's adaptation to the equipment since we needed 2 separate lifts because of a landing. At the time she needs to swivel the chair at the landing and the 2nd floor, the chair has to be in a very precise position in order to move up or down - because she's so short and can't touch the floor to adjust it, I need to make the adjustment every time. She's not yet autonomous which is our ultimate goal.
