We was having issues with our central air not working. We had two technicians come a few times to fix it, all unsuccessfully. Martin came by after hours (8:30pm) & saved the day. He was so thorough, and looked at every piece of equipment inside the machine, couldn’t find anything wrong with it. He then looked at the breaker box, took off the cover and barely touched the wire to the ac switch and it came off. He tightened up the wire to the breaker, and also checked and tightened every single wire in the box to make sure they were all secure. He then went inside the house and tested the vent to make sure the cool air coming out of the vent was at the correct temperature and flow. He crossed all the T’s & dotted all the I’s. We were blown away at his thoroughness and so completely grateful for his time & care & attention to detail where other technicians failed. Thank you Martin!
