In this heat wave, my AC died. I called Ace (Woodland Office) and the customer service rep was wonderful, she was caring, empathetic, and very professional. She had an appt for me within 3 minutes after asking me what my needs were. Perfect customer service.
Curt came out the next day, and diagnosed and fixed the AC and gave me wonderful advice and to proceed to discuss my future needs with my older AC system, I know I will need a new one soon and I would like Curt to be there for the installation. Could not ask for better service, support and advice. He was a consummate professional as well.
