Sunday morning ~ found leaking shut off valve; when we investigated SURPRISE ~ it broke open and starting spraying in out home. We got house water turned off and started looking for help. We did not have a plumber in our emergency list. we live in elk grove; I called six places and got answering services that did not know anything or no answers at all; I googled and found ACE; they immediately answered with a LIVE person who knew something about plumbing and could help. Parker was here in a hour and half and resolved our issue quickly and professionally. Cost was very fair for our emergency. NO FLUFF !
