Thanks once again for not caring that there is a 93 year old woman living here with severe breathing problems and health issues! You just keep putting us off and off and today is an unhealthy 105 degree day! It was 2 weeks ago installed and has not worked at all the entire time but 1 hour while Dennis was here! We were told you wpuld be here yesterday, the day before yesterday and then this morning! Once again you called to say it would be after 4pm! Such caring for the elderly! I will make sure to spread, write, post the word about your compassionate company and the "more important" people on your priority list!
