My water heater broke in the middle of the night, and was flooding the living room. I couldn't turn off the water because the handle on the water heater was frozen, and I couldn't rouse the manager of my building, so I called Ace.
Collin helped me over the phone, so I could get the water turned off immediately by turning it off at the main line to my condo. Not only did he return my frantic call right away, but he very patiently walked me through the process. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant, and responsible: he was the only plumber of the four I called who bothered to call me back. (All advertised as being 24/7 emergency plumbers.)
