I called Ace because my water heater had flooded my garage. They came fairly quickly (when your garage is flooded yesterday wouldn't be too soon). It turned out to be the flex hose washer at the top of the water heater has disintegrated so an expensive hot water heater replacement wasn't needed. Thank you Ace for not selling me a new water heater when I didn't need one. I hate being gouged and sold stuff I don't really need. That kind of action will make me run for the hills and hire someone else pronto.
