I have been a customer of Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air for over fifteen years and I recently had a very bad experience with them. I went to get a job done for a client of mine and they took advantage of my situation. They tried to gouge me in terms of price because they knew I was in a position where I had little to no choice but to use their services. They insulted me when they did not want to help me and my client at first, I can guarantee that I will not be using their services again soon. I thought that their service was really poor and I told them I did not like their tone when dealing with me, but this had little effect. Their prices in general are far too often very high, and for a customer of fifteen years I expected far more from them. I have sent thousands of dollars worth of business their way in the past and this is how they treat me. They will do the job well for you, but watch out when it comes to pricing.
