Dennis was amazing. This summer we had a problem with the A/C and he came last minute before a big party so our guests did not suffer. Within minutes, we had air conditionig. This winter, we had a heating problem...the blower would only blow heat for 20 minutes and then stop for an hour, never geting above 64 degrees. We had put up with this for years since other repair men from other companies could not fix it. One guy said it needed to be replaced and after not fixing it, still charged a service call.
Dennis was tenacious and did not give up. We now have heat in the winter and cool air in the summer and he saved the heating unit from being replaced. We love our house again. Ace is GREAT!
