I would rate them a 0 if I could. For thirty some years, we had a rental system, and with the rental system, they were very good about coming out whenever we needed anything or to fix it. Now that we've bought their system, it's like, "Who are those people." They could give a $@!#% less. They put us on the schedule. Since we have an issue, the power won't come on to it, and there is power to it, but we can't get it to turn on.
They said, "Well, they can't come out until November 20." Now that's real good customer service. They put the system in, and then they say, "Forget it".
