Everything was done efficiently,th

The softener is great . The drinking water system takes up a lot of room. Every time it is used there is a trickle of water within the unit which lasts for twenty minutes. It does not leak.

Regarding your drinking water system, the small trickle you’re noticing inside the unit is normal, it’s part of the reverse osmosis process as the system cycles and purifies the water. It shouldn’t indicate a leak, but we understand it can be surprising if you’re not expecting it.
