Had them come out and check the water. I told them that the water department said it had a bacteria in it. They said all water has bacteria in it. They sold me a water softener said that's all I needed. Then had some puppies and found out the bacteria was causing them to die. Called them and I had to put in a chlorine pump and charcoal filter system to kill the bacteria. I still have iron in the water. The service guys tell me they can't get rid of all the iron and I need to drill a new well. Was lied to from the start. Go there to get the salt for the softener and the guy they have doing that must be on dope at least he acts like it the last fue times I been there
