They are very friendly and nice.
I questioned if the water softener was working properly. They told me it was, but it wasn't. Two months later we got the reverse osmosis, they checked the water quality and said we did not have soft water, and it was not set up properly. We were running half-and-half. Since then, the water levels keep changing. I'm not sure if it is set up properly.
