The install technicians did neat work
The install technicians communicated well what they were going to do and asked for my preference on some aspects of the work that could be done in several ways. I am pleased with their work and with interactions with them.
That said, scheduling was inconvenient in that they wouldn't schedule AM or PM - only "the technicians will arrive sometime between 10:00 and 1:30" so I had to take a full day off of work rather than a half-day.
