Equipment-excellent - I purchased both water softener and under sink water filter system. Installation-excellent. Everyone knows it is over priced but I like that the brand has been around for a long time. 1 year later trying to change undersink filters-awful. You will need a young person who is able to be on their knees for a long period of time, case is very heavy, filters require strong hand, shoulder and back strength to push and twist with very little space for your hand. I am having them come back out at my expense and reinstall in the basement which should solve the problem for me. Should have done this in the first place but was not thinking ahead and did not realize how weak I actually was. I do recommend this company and product just wish I knew then what I know now and wanted to pass along. I gave it 3 stars just to get attention. Sorry but seniors need to prepare.
