The guys from Clearwater Systems of Eastern Ohio who put the system in were just great. We had a Kinetico softener years ago in another house and then moved to this condo with a different system. My husband said if I ever have to replace it to go back to the Kinetico system. He has since passed away, but I followed his advice. The representative, Eric Field, was so good. I just said do it and it got installed quickly. The whole thing was amazing and my water is amazing. It was a great experience going back to Kinetico. This time they put in the reverse osmosis drinking water system which I like. It might be a little more pricey than other brands, but it's worth it. My water is back to the way I like it.
