This was the second time I had the system put in. When the people from Clearwater Systems of Eastern Ohio arrived, they asked me where I wanted it. I pointed to the place on the sink, and they drilled a hole there. Then we went down to the basement, and they made sure it was where I wanted it on the wall. They were very nice. They did a neat and clean job. I used to have this system at my house for well water, which is understandable, but now I live in a condo in the city. When I moved here, the water had a chemical taste, so I had the same system put in.
