Before it was Clearwater Systems of Eastern Ohio, it was Thompson, and I got my first account with them in 1980. I've never bought salt from anybody else. The installer who came to do the job was quick and cleaned up. I asked him to move the unit from one side to another, and he did. He was the nicest fellow, we talked the whole time. I love the new system. My ice cube trays don't have white film in the bottom of them, and my water jugs don't have to be scrubbed. It is everything that I wanted. The water tastes better and is better for me also. I've already recommended them to two other people that will be calling soon.
