Installation went without a hitch. Installers were on time, professional, pleasant to deal with, informative and receptive to any questions. The equipment is a replacement to a 20 plus year old Kinetico system and so far, is working fine. Only reason for 4 stars on "total experience", is the initial cost. However, when spread out over the life of a Kinetico electric free system the cost is very small.
