I don't have any complaints about the installation of our new filtration system by Clearwater Systems of Eastern Ohio. The installer was fast. He worked quickly and he answered all my questions. I've only had to call the office once since it was installed. We had been gone for two and a half weeks. Upon our return, our neighbor told us that the electricity had gone out. I didn't know if that might cause a problem, but they told me it was fine because it runs on a battery. I might have to check the battery once in a while, but I don't need to worry about power outages. I found out about Clearwater Systems of Eastern Ohio from my neighbor. Five stars. I recommend them.
