Had 4 different tech as house. First 2 were in March. They recommended a new system. Said they'd have salesman call me to set up appt. Never got a call from salesman about new system. Had to call in myself 3 weeks later. Then 2 new service men showed up to do install. Correct communication was not given. So the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. They installed new system but left my old one. If old one was not repairable then it should not have been left in. So supervisor came out next day and removed old system. And moved new system so the whole unit was on one wall. So things were corrected next day. Thanks
