Clearwater Systems Akron, OH installed our water softner a little under a year ago. They were super friendly. They were great folks to work with. And we had no issues with appointments. They were very knowledgeable. There was an issue with the resin tank. It had to be replaced. Then they came out again. A part needed to be replaced on the brine tank. But they answered all our questions. They are also most definitely respectful of our home. Plus I checked around on the unit we had installed, and their rates were comparable. I would recommend Clearwater Systems Akron, OH to our family and friends. In fact, I already have!
