I had a water tank installed by the previous company before Clearwater Systems Akron, OH took over. I had them come out recently to fix a broken pipe. Everything turned out good since it is working fine now. The technicians were experienced, they knew what they were doing. They were quick and worked efficiently. They showed up on time and they were respectful of my home and property. They explained what they found wrong with the pipe and what they would be able to do to fix it. They also took the time to answer the questions I had for them. My only complaint is that I went with the company who installed the water tank because they said if I got the supplies and salt from them that the service calls and maintenance would be free. However, since Clearwater Systems Akron, OH took over they said they are not honoring that and will do half off instead of free. I guess each company works differently, I just wish I still had the same services. At any rate, the technicians were very professional and I would use Clearwater Systems Akron, OH again.
