They've been very good to us. We've pretty much bought all our water products from Clearwater Systems Akron, OH. Five years ago we bought the Kinetico dual tank water softener. It's been plugging along great. Just recently Clearwater Systems installed an under the sink reverse osmosis water purifier. The installer was very accommodating and explained everything. I thought it might be a year before the filter needed changing but before a year went by, the water started flowing at about half force. I called Clearwater Systems for service. The same guy who installed it came by to take a look and he saw right away that it was a clogged filter. He showed me the indicator and I was able to watch him change the filter. He said he might or might not have told me about the frequency of changing the filter at the time of installation, but in any case, the visit was free because the system was still under warranty. He also gave us a free bag of salt when he initially put the softener in. They treat their customers well and I recommend Clearwater Systems Akron, OH
