Adam, the technician from Clearwater Systems Hamilton & Missoula, MTA, went above and beyond my expectations. He took the time to walk me through
how to change the filter and all the other processes. The original installation guy didn't show me any of that, which is what compelled me to make a call for a return visit from a tech. Adam even told me that when they come out to do my first official service, they will walk me through everything and I can even take a video recording of the process if I like. I'm pleased with the system, it was just the installation that was problematic. The installer didn't completely clear the pieces when he unboxed it so there was styrofoam left in place causing it to overflow. Also, it was running continuously which worried me until Adam explained that is how it flushes itself. Having him explain everything put my mind at ease. The product itself is a good product, but the installation needs to include sharing more information with the customer. However, as soon as I called, they came out promptly and the service tech was amazing. Overall, it's going to be a great experience for me. They've been great so far to work with. They even gave me an extra two bags of salt because they used some of the starter bag for the service call.
