I purchased a furnace from them and there was a problem with a component that was made in China. Six months went by before they could rectify it, during which time the building was without heat. That's a big problem here where it is cold for seven months of the year. Alpine Climate Control, Inc. has good service, but its biggest problem is the products it sells. We have gotten into a situation where our components are made in China and until they bring that manufacturing back here, parts will remain a problem. Alpine is the most competent company in town. In fact, they are the only company for miles around. There is another company but Alpine is the big dog around here.
