For the most part, the only struggle we've had with Alpine Climate Control, Inc. is timeliness or alerting us if the people are going to be here or if they need to be rescheduled. That seems to have improved over time. Another time, a technician came out to get a read on our water heater and we were getting some interesting readouts but he said it was fine. It turned out to need repair within a few weeks after all. In spite of these two minor things, I'd recommend them for sure. They are very competent.
