We have had three engagements with Alpine Climate Control, Inc. One was less than outstanding but when we made our feelings known to the company, they sent a new technician, and the next two engagements, done by Kyle, were outstanding. We have requested that Kyle be sent for any future visits. Our experience with the company was extremely positive because they listened so carefully to our concerns and their response to fixing future visits completely made up for anything negative. Everything we could want as a customer everything has worked out for us.
