I wasn't doing a big job, and since I had never dealt with wood-burning appliances before, I reached out to Alpine Climate Control, Inc. for help. I ended up needing one part, and even though I was not a big customer, they were really helpful, and their service was excellent. Austin was great in helping me order the part with no problems. I have no complaints, they did a great job.
