When I called about a new air conditioner Austin called back and came over to discuss the possibilities. He made us feel comfortable by giving us all the information we needed. We wanted to do our business with Austin. Steve and Storm came to install a new air conditioner. They were very professional and respectful (wore mask when asked). They worked continually and did a perfect install. Pleasant people. Kyle was also professional and respectful. He activated the new system in the spring. No problems because of the job Steve and Strom did in February's install. All in all a very pleasant purchase. Will use Alpine again because of these four employees.
