We recently had to request an emergency service call when our furnace stopped working during a spell of single digit temperatures. They were able to take care of it the day we called, that was very good. However, the travel charge to come to Story, only 15 miles from Sheridan, was $70, added to the $175 service call charge seems unreasonable. The technician (I think his name was Josh) was very good, we would give him 5 stars, but the company policy of a $70 travel charge to Story seems over the top. At the time of the service call, we were given some information on your Service Partner Program and decided to sign up. Turns out, this is impossible to do on your website, AlpineClimateControl.com/partners. I have tried and tried to get around the little "chat box" at the bottom left side of the page. After selecting my products, going to my shopping cart and clicking on "Check Out", I have typed in all my information on the form. Numerous times, I might add. Then, I need to click on the "continue" button, however your "Alpine Chat Box" is right on top of the "continue" button. There is no way around it, the continue button is never highlighted no matter where I put the cursor in that area. If I click it, the chat box opens up. I have tried on my iPad as well as my MacBook Air laptop. So, finally in frustration, I started a chat in your chat box with Aubrey. I sent her my email and phone number, she said she would pass on the information. But I'm not even sure I want the program any more after this experience.
