This is a terrible company. I set up an appointment in advance for a home repair. I was texted on the appointment day by a tech who sent me his pic and said he was on his way. I left work early, went home…and no tech. Multiple calls to their customer service people yielded multiple different stories. One of the reps told me an outright lie (probably to just get me off the phone), saying she had talked to the tech, who was finishing up a prior job and would be arriving soon. No tech came, of course, and yet another rep said she didn’t know why I was told otherwise because they had already cancelled my appointment. I used this outfit previously and had no problem. Not anymore. Look for a reputable company instead.
