I have used Dander & Daughters Chem-Dry for quite a while, and I have been very satisfied with them. It is usually Mike, the owner, who comes out to do the cleaning. He has worked on both the carpets and the furniture for us. He is always very courteous, and he pays close attention to what he is doing. He is a very caring person, and he has a really nice way about him. He is definitely customer-service focused, and I like him! They are a good company!
