I have met Mike with Dander & Daughters Chem-Dry prior when he cleaned my carpets after a wedding. I called him again to do my current carpet which is white. He didn't recognize me from the prior visit until I pulled off my hat and then he remembered who I was. Understandably, that first encounter was about two years ago but him remembering me after I took my hat off was outstanding.

Mike went through everything piece by piece in each room including in his estimate the stairs and stains. The end result was absolutely amazing! My carpets are white and he managed to get a two-year-old stain removed! His quote was exactly what he said it would be. He also offered cleaning for my area rugs.

I cannot express enough about the friendly outgoing good attitude that he has! Absolutely without a doubt, I would recommend his fabulous work! I am very pleased with the awesome way my carpets turned out! I highly recommend him!
