Techs came out and did annual inspection on water heater, furnace and ac unit. So of course each unit needed something done and was really surprised that the estimate for each repair was the EXACT same cost $846.09. And then wanted to charge $610.47 just to clean the furnace! WHAT!!!! We just found it hard to believe that each piece of equipment would cost the same amount of money to fix and thought it was ridiculous that a furnace cleaning would cost that much. Our tech last year was really good. Didn't try and up-charge anything.
