Technician looked at valve said he would have to replace that valve and the ice maker valve which did not have a problem with said it would cost around 1,400.00, plus he said we needed a new hot water heater on top of that. I told him I could not pay that much today. So he said I Will fix the one valve for $500 I said no, then he said if I bought a hot water heater he would repair the other valve for free. These big companies are ripping people off by adding on things that don’t need to be fixed or trying to get them to buy into their membership. Cost me $49 to tell me all of the above!
