We purchased the annual membership so that we could have the AC and furnace serviced twice every year. EVERY SINGLE TIME they come out, they find hundreds of dollars worth of things that we "should do". I stupidly allowed them to replace the furnace filter just for ease because they were here and they charged $200+ to do it. The filter is available online for less than $50. They will tell you that you need to do so many things, which you don't, and will push you to do them. Don't let them. We will never have them out again, it's just too much of a hassle.
