The only "down-side" to entire experience on yesterday, the 19th was the cost, but I believe after Ty was so gracious, clear and informative, I made the right decision & just purchased a newer Delta faucet that will be easier & cheaper to repair, if needed & it does NOT leak anymore! Really glad I called Doctor Fixit again; Ty is a wonderful representative of your company. Very satisfied & have already told friends & family of your work & company. Thanks to you all.
