I took several custom Oriental rugs to Great American Rug Cleaning Co. for cleaning a few months ago. The people at the front desk were very honest, and told me that only one of the rugs really needed cleaning. I really appreciated their candor. They did a wonderful job on the one rug which I did leave with them. Overall, I found them to be a very customer-service oriented company, with friendly and helpful employees. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them to everyone else!
