I recently took my 9 X 12 braided rug to Great American Rug Cleaning Co. It's the last rug left in the house--the rest of the floors are tile. It took about two weeks for my rug to be ready to pick up. I was very happy with the results. They did a good job. It's a bit pricey, but it gave me another two years' life on the rug. I have also used them in the past to clean my tile as well. Based on my most recent experience, I'm very satisfied with Great American Rug Cleaning Co.
