Get this guy back.

Mr, Sherburne
I have done a ton of business with Club Champion this year and you want to know why, only because of Chris Embardino. I have such trust in Chris and then found out that he is leaving because of his work ethics are being question. The only reason that I go to Chris ( sent many others to Chris too) is due to the fact is that was personally involved with me playing my best golf. I didn't need to purchase new clubs, my old clubs were busted needed new shafts.
I played my new refitted clubs for a few months and knew I still needed a change.Because of the trust in Chris, I went back and have ordered new irons, wedges, driver and a fairway wood.
You know what is the most efficient way to do business and not cost you a penny. Customer service!! That type of service isn't around anymore, but Chris brought that to Club Champion.
Someone in your organization should contact Chris exactly why he is leaving. My bet is he does't push NEW sales. His expertise and customer service WILL bring in sales.
You guys are losing a huge asset!!
Sincerely and Concerned, Jeff

Since Chris brought it up to you, you should know that he resigned if it was not made clear. I am the Regional Manager for this market so I got to know Chris over the last 10 months better than many. And we agree with you that he was an asset to the store. He always had high assessment on fitting, building and customer contact. I have never said, nor has anyone else, that he didnt work hard or was bad at what he did. Work ethic was never a question with Chris. We were trying to help him to improve in some other areas of the job in which he had more struggles, as we do for all of our employees, and ourselves as well. We are tasked to grow and excel in all of our responsibilities. Appreciating what he did for the Wilmington store was never in doubt.
My national boss contacted Chris directly to discuss his reasons and to try to see if he would reconsider. He did not want to do so and is presently not with us. I am sorry about that, in truth. He was an asset for sure. But he chose to continue his career down a different path outside of golf. I hope it is a prosperous and peaceful one for he and his family.
