I met Chris for the first time. He greeted me at the door and escorted me to the testing area. He examined my clubs and asked some very good questions, including several I could not answer. We then started hitting my current 6 iron, a Mizuno jpx and once performance was established, we tried to improve it with head and shaft selections. I am left handed, so this is the first time I was exposed to multiple club and shaft options in the same fitting session. Usually I have to go to Ping Days or Callaway Days, or Taylormade Days, etc. all on different courses at different times to see what is available. We moved on to driver and worked on maximizing distance and decreasing dispersion. Then we selected a hybrid which fit, distance wise between my 4 iron and driver. The final fitting was with a putter and 7 puts and 2 adjustments later for toe weight and lie, and my ball was rolling straight where I was aiming. Overall great experience and will recommend to every one. I ended buying what Chris and I selected and I cannot wait for them to arrive.!!!!!
