This was my first time getting a club fitting of any kind. I came on the recommendation of friends who haven’t even been themselves. All of them heard good things about Club Champion and I’m very glad I went; the experience did not disappoint. I first want to say that it was an absolute pleasure to work with Whitney Rhodes at the Wilmington store. Professional, informative and very knowledgeable about the Trackman numbers and every shaft, head and grip in the store. Being able to try so many different shaft and iron head combinations was great. I am glad I came in with an open mind just looking for what fit me and my swing the best; I hit clubs I’ve never heard of before. Also, that variety gave me the ability to try something I thought I might like or want but really was not for me. Hitting with the Trackman was really something I’ve always wanted to do. Whitney was able to explain the numbers and what they meant in a very informative and knowledgeable way so it made sense; you can tell he knows what he’s talking about. Based on my numbers, Whitney just grabbed irons one after another till we found one I loved. Never felt obligated to purchase but I was on such a high from the experience that I wanted to buy on the spot and get them ASAP!! I ended up purchasing the Cobra Forged MB RF model and without the help of Whitney I never would have considered Cobra irons let alone a blade; I wish it came in a 3 iron but I will be back to get a driving iron! With his knowledge and my feedback on the feel we decided those were the best for me. I learned a lot about my overall game during that fitting and I can not wait to get my new irons! I will certainly recommend Club Champion to anyone who asks!!
