Great Experience - Pricing model not great
Dante was an excellent professional for my putter fitting and dialed me into a great putter which I am very excited to get. The process was methodical and we quickly eliminated options/types to focus in on the best piece of equipment for my stroke.
However, when it came time to select the putter, I had to ask the question on pricing. Further more, when I was asked about which grip I wanted, it was not clear I had a choice of keeping the standard grip and deviating from a standard grip was not included in the price. My own fault perhaps, but when deciding on a grip, I would suggest asking the question "would you like a non-standard grip?" Basically, I would recommend being as transparent as possible with cost as after my visit, I had a bit of a sour taste in my mouth in that I felt like I was just at a car dealership where they pushed added options without telling you cost.
Your website states "You are under no obligation to purchase", but I did not feel that way. Considering the cost of equipment, you could incentivize a purchase by including 50% of the fitting fee towards the purchase.
Lastly, after going back to the website, I was not asked if I would like any adjustments to my exiting putter - "we can even make adjustments to your existing clubs if you prefer." I would have appreciated that to help my game during the next 5-7 weeks before receiving my new putter.
Great facility, but a few service changes would improve customer satisfaction.
