I've been thinking about a custom fitting for some time now, and discovered Club Champion on line. I've never had custom clubs, only off the rack. What a great service and experience! Mike was super helpful and accommodating, especially since for whatever reason I wasn't swinging all that well. But it was sufficient enough to determine the best shaft for my swing speed and ball speed and the irons that should work well for me. I also chose a putter after an analysis of my putting idiosyncrasies, which is really exciting and will save me strokes. lastly, I liked that Mike didn't push me to finish my full set analysis because I was a bit off. I'll return for a woods session for no additional cost when I pick up my irons, which by the way, Mike will evaluate for spec accuracy. Very happy overall with this service and psyched to get out there with the irons which I will have in two weeks or less.
