Disappointed
Went for a full fitting on May 29, 2020. Mike did a great job and got me set up with new clubs. He told me it would take 2-4 weeks. Additionally, the ClubChampion website and the form email I got from the ClubChampion told me that I'd be kept updated until my order was complete. About 8 days later, I got my one and only update telling me that some clubs were staged and others were on order from the manufacturer. When I didn't get any more updates for another 10 days, I figured I'd call and ask. That's when I found out that I wouldn't be seeing the clubs for at LEAST 6-7 weeks. This is very disappointing. Would've been less disappointing if someone had bothered to tell me. It's bad enough that the 10 business day promise couldn't be met (which I totally understood due to the world situation). I just would've hoped that for as much money as I spent, someone would be able to truly keep me up to speed on my order.
